History with the Trust

Debbie has been the Trust’s Interim Chief People Officer since September 2024.

She joined the Trust in December 2023 as Interim Deputy Chief People Officer.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in senior human resources roles, including as Chief People Officer of the British Red Cross.
