Waiting list confirmation

East Kent Hospitals is asking people who are on our waiting lists to confirm whether they still need their appointment or treatment.

If you are on one of our waiting lists, you may have received an email or text message from us, asking you to complete an online form.

The form will ask you if your circumstances or symptoms have changed since you were referred to us.

We are asking people on our waiting list to fill in the form. This will help us make sure we only give appointments to people who need them. It will also tell us if your symptoms have worsened.

We have sent you a link to the online form. It does not ask you for identifiable details, such as your name, date of birth or hospital number.

Please do not share this link with others because it is unique to you. Sharing it could result in us having the wrong information about you.

How to complete the form

You can access the form by clicking on the link we have given you in your email or text message.

The form has up to six multiple-choice questions. When you have completed the questions that are relevant to you, you will see a message that confirms we have received your responses.

Thank you for your help in keeping our records up-to-date.

Further information about current waiting times is available on the My Planned Care website.
