Facilities at William Harvey Hospital
Restaurant
The 'Food You Love' restaurant is on the lower ground floor towards the back of the hospital. Its opening hours are:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 4pm.
Vending machines are available 24hrs a day in the Spice of Life restaurant and in Accident and Emergency waiting room.
Costa Coffee
Costa Coffee is situated to the left of the main entrance. Its opening hours are:
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 6pm.
Shops
The Friends of William Harvey shop is situated on the right, inside the main entrance. It sells drinks, sweets and snacks, newspapers, cards, basic toiletries, etc. Its opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm
Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Mailbox
There is a mailbox in the main entrance foyer, outside the League of Friends shop.
Chapel
The chapel is on the ground floor, just to the right of the main entrance. It is open 24 hours a day and the main reception or ward staff can contact a Chaplain for you. Find out more about our Chaplaincy services.
Telephones
Public telephones and freephones for taxis are available at the main entrances of the hospital.
Facilities for inpatients
Volunteers take newspaper and trolley shops around the wards and run a ward library service.
Free patient Wi-Fi
We offer free Wi-Fi at our hospitals for patients and their visitors.
