Urgent suspected cancer appointments

You have been referred by your GP or health care professional to investigate your symptoms, to find out what is causing them and to rule out cancer.

You will either be sent for further tests after speaking with a specialist nurse, or have an appointment booked to speak with a doctor.

It is really important that you attend these tests and appointments because if cancer is found, the quicker you are diagnosed, the earlier treatment options can be discussed.
