InterpretersLive! user guide video transcript

To use Interpreters Live on any mobile device, go to your app store and search for the ‘InterpretersLive!’ app.

Once you’ve found it, download it to your device.

You will automatically be directed to the app’s homepage.

If this doesn’t happen, you can search our FAQs on the InterpretersLive! website (www.interpreterslive.co.uk/faq) for more support.

You are now ready to use the InterpretersLive! app.

On the homepage, you will see a number of different options available.

To get started, click on the ‘directory’ button and search for the organisation you want.

You can type in the name or scroll through the list until you find the organisation you want to contact. 

Alternatively, you can click call a BSL interpreter now to be connected to a BSL interpreter.

Don’t forget you can find more support and answers to lots of questions by clicking on the FAQ button in the InterpretersLive! app.

Using a PC or laptop

You are now ready to use InterpretersLive!

Click ‘connect to a BSL interpreter’ to start your call.
