Pathology services for healthcare professionals

East Kent Hospitals Pathology Department provides services within its hospitals, to GPs and to our community partners within east Kent.

We work from three UKAS assessed laboratories, the main at William Harvey Hospital with smaller labs at Kent and Canterbury Hospital and Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital.

Blood taking services (outpatient and inpatient phlebotomy) are available at all three hospitals. Outpatient and GP phlebotomy services are available at Buckland Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital.
