Receive notifications about your appointment in the NHS App

You can now receive notifications about your outpatient appointment at East Kent Hospitals in the NHS App.

If you have your notifications switched on in the NHS App, you will receive alert notifications and messages for the following:

• Appointment confirmation

• Cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

If you don't have the NHS App yet, it is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
