Winter vaccination pop-up at WHH, QEQM and K&C

It's now even easier for you to get your flu and Covid jabs.

Just over half (54 per cent) of the one million Kent patients eligible for a flu vaccine have been vaccinated.

While flu numbers fluctuate daily, and represent a small number of total bed space, it does mean additional demand on NHS services and can also be a very serious illness.

In response, we are setting up flu and Covid pop-up vaccination clinics at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital and William Harvey Hospital entrances. This is open to all eligible visitors and patients. No appointment is necessary.

Vaccination is free, quick and easy. It's also the best way to protect yourself and those you care about as cases increase this winter.

The clinics will be open Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm, from Monday 13 January to Friday 31 January. They will be staffed by community pharmacists and vaccination ambassadors provided by NHS Kent and Medway.

You can find the clinics at:

William Harvey Hospital - outside the chapel in the front entrance of the hospital

Kent and Canterbury Hospital – outpatients, near pharmacy

Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital – outside the chapel at the Ramsgate Road entrance.
