What we do

Our hand therapy team offer treatment and support for hand/wrist injuries and conditions. This includes:

• fractures

• injuries to the nerves, tendons and soft tissue

• osteoarthritis

• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Hand therapy can help to speed up your recovery after an injury or surgery. We help people to use their hands more easily and perform everyday tasks.

What to expect

We offer many treatment techniques, including:

• splinting

• exercise programmes

• sensory re-education

• grip retraining/strengthening

• electrotherapy.
