What we do
We are a nursing team providing ongoing support and care to patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Patients will be seen regularly in clinic but we also have a helpline service for those patients who require additional care between appointments.

Where do we provide this service?
How to use this service
You will be referred to us by your GP or following a colonoscopy. If you are worried about bowel symptoms, please see your GP.
If you are diagnosed with IBD, you will be placed under the care of a doctor (a gastroenterology consultant) who will discuss a treatment plan with you – you will then be followed up by the IBD team for your ongoing care.
