We diagnose and help manage the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). We also provide information, support and advice about the condition through our specialist nurses.
MS is a lifelong neurological condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. It causes many different symptoms, including problems with movement and vision. It's most commonly diagnosed in people in their 20s, 30s and 40s although it can develop at any age.

Please bring a list of your medications and allergies to your appointment.
You can also bring any questions you might have to ask your nurse about your diagnosis.

How to use this service
Please see a GP if you think you have symptoms of MS. If the GP thinks you could have MS you should see a neurologist, a specialist in conditions of the nervous system, for an assessment.
You can be referred to our service by any healthcare professional by letter or email if you already have a diagnosis of MS.
